I went to see a homeopathic doctor 6 years ago and I have been taking Phyto B ever since. I am 63 years old and I just went to the dermotologist who said what ever I was doing to my skin to keep it up - my skin was not that of a 60 year old. Another side effect of memopause was not being able to sleep after starting Phyto B I am finally able to sleep - definately has given me a better quality of life. I don't intend ending my use of Phyto B.

I have been using Phyto B for about 7 years now. It has greatly helped to control my hot flashes due to menopause. I no longer have the intense hot flashes as I did at the onset of menopause, so I have been able to reduce the amount that I take each day. But I also find that Phyto B has helped with vaginal dryness. Therefore, I plan to continue taking Phyto B. I know that for me it has been a blessing to find a natural(derived from plant estrogens)supplement that does not create concerns about about adverse side effects. Thank you!!! Dale

My niece told me about phyto B about 3 months ago. I thought I would give it a try.. I have suffered with hot flashes and night sweats for many years. I am 58 yrs old and thought.. are they ever going to go away.. I have tried so many products, including natural progesterone cream, which worked for awhile..then I had to keep putting more and more on everyday.. Of course the synthetic hormones worked excellently, but my Dr. took me off them So I just suffered.. until I started taking Phyto B. I was amazed.. it started helping within a couple days.. Becuz I have my ovaries, using 4 twice a day was to much. I was feeling ovulation type pains on that many a day. I am down to 1-- twice a day, and have not had any hot flashes, or night sweats in 3 months or more.. I highly highly recommend trying phyto B, and have told many many people about them.

Takes about 6 weeks to really kick in so be patient Absolutely fabulous product have been using it for 3 years now -my flashes were 10-15 times per day and very severe All but gone today (I sleep much better at night!)
